Working with a Jib

working with a jib allows for the use of smooth movement for pans which add to the production value of the film and can allow for artistic fluid shots that transition from high to low angles or vice versa which can be use as a metaphor for the energy and emotions of the piece so if the energy is building the camera could go from low to high as if riding on the sound.

    Brief but good, Kit! Ideally we’d have done more lens tests, but I’m glad we got this in the bank—I’d like to see it shared amongst the rest of the class…
