To find out how to make the perfect hot chocolate I asked my friend who is a barista / assistant manager at Costa coffee how the best industry standard hot chocolate is made. His answer was: ‘if its a small cup then add 3 70 gram spoonfuls of coco and sugar then add the hot milk and stir do not froth. For a medium cup its the same thing only with 5 spoonfuls and 7 for a large.’
